The North Island Railway Loan.
(OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Wellington, Friday. It is reported that a difference of opinion -xists among Ministers regarding taking the trunk line loan for general purposes. Mr Tole especiallj’ thinks the proceeding immoral, and no justification to say the Atkinson or any other Ministry did a similar thing.
