THE PROROGATION.
(own correspondent.) Wellington, Wednesday. In the House to-day the Premier stated that they hoped to be able to prorogue this week. The Bills the Government intended to drop were the Criminal Code, Railway Commissioners, Magistrates Courts, Prisoners' Probation, and Divorce and Matrimonial Causes.
