6 PER CENT DIVIDEND (Por Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Tire annual accounts of the New Zealand Farmers’ Fertiliser Compa'.iy to May 31 show an increase in the gross profits from .£100,105 to £111,217 and 'the net profit from £66,478 to £69.671.
The 'dividend recommended is unchanged -at 6 .per cent. The balance sheet shows an- increase in the capital from £261,995 to £351,394, the difference being due to the issue of 54 per cent preference shares in September last.
