RESIGNATION OF CABINET
CRISIS IN HOLLAND (Rccd. July 1. 12.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE. June 30. The Netherlands Cabinet has resigned as a result of the refusal by the Prime Minister, Dr. H. Colijn, to agree to the desire of the Catholic Ministers to borrow in order to finance defence and unemployment.
Dr. Colijn prefers to frame the Budget according to the revenue. He is considering the Queen’s request to lead a new Government.
