COASTAL TRADE The motor-tanker Paua is expected to reach Gisborne early on Wednesday morning from Wellington. The auxiliary scow Altair left Auckland yesterday with benzine for Gisborne.

The Kopara is due at Portland tomorrow" morning from Napier. The vessel loads cement at Portland on Monday and general cargo at Auckland on Tuesday for Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The ship discharges at Gisborne on Thursday. The Margaret W. arrives at Auckland this evening from Gisborne, via Tokomaru Bay. On Monday and Tuesday the vessel loads general cargo at Auckland for Tokomaru Bay, Tolag-a Bay and Gisborne, being due here on Thursday. The Pakura leaves Wellington today for Napier and Gisborne. She has general cargo from both Lyttelton and Wellington, and should discharge here on Tuesday. The Wainui completes the discharge of Ivor southern cargo at Napier to-day and sails for Dunedin. The ship loads at .South .Island ports next week for Gisborne and Napier.

The Poolta is expected to arrive at Gisborne at 6 a.m. to-morrow from Westport and Greymouth.

Wairangi (Shaw, Savill; agents, Murray, Roberts and Company), from Wellington, loads meat and general cargo at Gisborne July 1(1-18; leaves Auckland July 21 for London, via Cape Horn. Port Dunedin (Port Line; agents, Williams and Kettle, Limited), from Auckland, loads meat and general cargo at Gisborne, July 24-27; leaves July 27 for London, via Cape Horn. Karamea (Shaw, Savill; agents, Messrs Dalgety and Company), from Auckland, loads meat and general cargo at Gisborne on August 14; leaves Wellington August 21 for London, Avonmouth, Cardiff, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Cape Horn and Las Palmas. Tokomaru Bay Roadstead Tongariro (Federal Line), from Wellington, loads meat and general cargo for London and West Coast ports of Britain at Tokomaru Bay. July 1.3-15; leaves Auckland August 22, for London, via Panama. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA The Kaimiro, with coal and general cargo from Australian ports, is expected to leave Napier to-day for Gisborne to complete discharge.
