COASTAL TRADE The Pakura reached Gisborne this morning from Lyttelton, Wellington and (Napier. It is hoped to dispatch her at ti p.m. tor Auckland in order !to load .at the northern port on Monday and Wednesday for Coast bay,-;, Gisborne and Napier. The (Rata, .from Greymoubh, is expected to arrive at Gisborne at P p.m. ito-day. The vessel will discharge here on 'Monday and Wednesday of next week, proceeding thence to Nelson. The Wainui, which is loading for Gisborne and Napier, worked Oamaru and Timaru yesterday, and is expected to leave Lyttelton to-day for Wellington, from which port she sails on Monday for Gisborne. On completion of discharge and loading here on Wednesday the vessel is to sail for Napier, thence South Island ports. The (Pukeko is en route trom Napier to Wellington. The vessel loads at Wellington on Monday and is expected to discharge at Gisborne on Thursday. The Kopara was to leave Napier yesterday for Auckland in order to go into dock on Monday for cleaning and painting. The vessel leaves Auckland on Monday night for Portland to load cement on Wednesday [or Gisborne and Napier. The Margaret W. was due at Auckland this morning from Gisborne. She loads at Auckland on Monday and Wednesday tor Toko- j maru Bay, Tolaga Bay and Gisborne. returning here next Thursday.

Rangitane (New Zealand Shipping Company; 'Captain |H. L. Upton), leaves Auckland at 6 p.m. to-day fo: Tokomaru Bay, where she is due tomorrow to load meat for London. The liner sails on Monday for Wellington.

REMUERA AND ROTORUA The New Zealand Shipping Company has been advised by radio that the liner Remuera, from London, via Panama and Suva, should reach Wellington on Monday. The Rotorua. which left London on March .'lO fci New Zealand, sailed from Balboa, a the Pacific end of the Panama Canal on Wednesday, and the liner is due at Wellington on May 10.
