COASTAL TRADE The Pukeko arrived in the Gisborne roadstead at 2 a.m. to-day from Auckland, Pf rtland, Hicks Bay and Tokonaru Bay She berthed at' 0.15 a.m.. and on completion ol' discharge this evening will sail lor Napier. The Kopara reached Gisborne at 7.110 a.m. to-day from Auckland, via Hicks Bay and Tokomaru Bay. The ship departs at (> o’clock to-night for Napier, thence northern ports. The Margaret W, from Auckland, commenced discharge at Tokomaru Bay this morning and was to call at Tolaga Bay this evening' en route to Gisborne. The vessel completes here to-morrow, sailing i>n the evening for Auckland. The Pakura leaves Lyttelton today for Wellington to complete loading for Napier, Waikokopu. Gisborne and the Coast. The vessel leaves Wellington on Saturday and discharges here cn Tuesday. The Wainui is expected to leave Napier to-day for Wellington, thence South Island ports, where she loads next week for Napier and Gisborne. MAUNGANUI’S FINAL TRIP On her final voyage of the season, the Union Company's passenger steamer Maunganui was to leave Melbourne yesterday morning for Milford Sound, Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton and Wellington. She will reach Bluff on Sunday. The Maunganui will make :wo Islands cruises this winter, in ■July and August.
