DEATH AT SEVENTY-SIX
MR. E. A. STRAUSS SERVICE IN COMMONS (Reed. March 27, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 2G. The death of Mr. E. A. Strauss, the Liberal-Nationalist member of the House of Commons for North Southwark, has occurred. He was 70 years of age. He had held the seat continuously since 1931 and had previously represented North Southwark from 1918 to 1923 and from 1927 to 1929. He was the member for Abingdon from 1903 to 1910 and for West Southwark from 1910 to 1918. NOTED RUGBY PLAYER (Reed. March 27, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 2G. The death of Egwyn Mcholls, the noted Welsh Rugby player, has occurred.
