"That means that the only thing sure on April 1 is the shilling in the £," said Mr. J. Boyce at a meeting of the Palmerston North Hospital Board. Mr. Boyce's remark followed a reference by the chairman, Mr. J. A. Nash, to the proceedings of the annual conference of the New Zealand Hospital Boards' Association, at which the social security proposals were discussed.
