Lengthy Evidence The volume of evidence that has to be recorded in prolonged Supreme Court proceedings is scarcely realised until an actual tally is taken. The hearing in Auckland of a petition for judicial separation reached its fifth day on Monday, and the evidence that far had been recorded on 148 typed sheets of foolscap. That represents considerably over 50,000 words, and the hearing is to be continued next
