AIR CRASH VICTIM
OPENING OF INQUEST PILOT OUT OF DANGER (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Evidence of identification only was given at the inquest which was opened by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt. into the death of William Holman Claris, who was killed when a plane crashed at Great Barrier Island on Friday last. Mr. Claris, aged 32, resided at Kaitoke, Great Barrier. The inquest was adjourned. The condition of the pilot, Mr. E. M. Walker, who was injured in the crash was reported to-day to be no longer serious.
