ANGLO-RUMANIAN TRADE
\ MISSION TO BE SENT (British Official Wiruluss.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY. March 20. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Oliver Stanley, announced in the House of Commons to-day that it had been decided to send a mission to Runania. When a member drew his attention to the alleged efforts of German intimidation in Rumania on trade matters Mr. Stanley replied that that was another very good reason for sending the mission. EXCHANGE WITH RUSSIA (Reed. March 21, 1.40 p.m.) 'BUCHAREST, March 20. The Russian and Rumanian trade negotiations are being completed, providing for the exchange of cattle, hogs, hides and leather for Russian tractors and lorries.
