VOTING IN WEST
LEAD BY LABOUR PERTH, Mar. 20. Progress election figures give the Labour Party 26 seats, the Country Party 13, the National Party eight, and Independents two. One result is doubtful. The returns give Labour a clear majority of at least two seats.
All the Ministers' seats are safe.
