IMPORT LICENSING
VALIDITY -CHALLENGE SUPREME COURT SUIT (Pin- Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. An individual move to test the validity of the import control regulations of 1938 has been made by an Auckland importing firm, which recently had a summons issued from the Magistrate's Court against the collectcr of Customs at Auckland. For that purpose the proceedings have since been removed into the Supreme Court and have been set down for hearing in the present sessions.
