RUTHENIAN RESISTANCE
HUNGARIAN ADVANCE RAPID PROGRESS CLAIMED (Rccd. Mar. 18, 3 p.m.) BUDAPEST Mar. 17. Despite steady sporadic resistance by the Ruthenian National Guards the Hungarians are rapidly traversing Ruthenia. The Hungarian Prime Minister, Count Teleki, has ordered the Hungarian troops to respect the frontiers of Ruthenia’g neighbours.
