JUSTICES' CONFERENCE ASSEMBLY AT TIMARU (Per Press Association.) TIMARU, this day. About 30 justices of the peace are attending the annual conference of the New Zealand Justices' Federation, which was opened by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. H. G. ,R. Mason, :u Caroline Bay this afternoon. A welcome was extended to the delegates by thcMavor. Mr. W. G. Tweedv. and Mr. 11. 'Morgan. S.M., and Mr. J. M. Jenkins, patron and president of the South Canterbury association respectively. Mr. W. C. Weston. New Plymouth, is presiding at the conference, which will conclude on Thursday.
