SOVIET AND “JUST WAR”
MOSCOW, Feb. 26. - Isvestia, the organ of the Soviet Government, defines a “just war” according to Soviet ideas. “A war for the defence of a Socialist regime against Fascist aggressoi's would be the most just and most holy of wars,” it states. “History has never known such a just war as that in which a land of socialism fights Fascist barbarians.”
