CROPS BENEFIT IN H.B.
Welcome rains fell in Hawke’s Bay during the week-end and already pastures are beginning to show the effects of the fall, inadequate though it was to fulfil the needs of dairyfarmers. Hill pastures already are brightening up perceptibly, while crops have benefited considerably.
