March 13, 2 p.m.) SHANGHAI, March 12. :Fu Sinden, the Mayor of Japanese Shanghai, has demanded better policing of the International Settlement, reopening of the police station which the British closed, house-to-house searches for Communists, the surrender of land office files and a ban en the flying of the Kumointang and Chinese national flags.
