■*» NORWEGIAN AND GERMAN BERLIN AWAITS DETAILS (Reed. March 13, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 11. A message from Oslo says it is officially stated that Nonvay on January 14 claimed sovereignty over the Antarctic area which the German, Captain Paul Ritscher, now claims to haive discovered. A Berlin message states that Germany will not be claiming the Antarctic area until Captain Ritscher returns to Berlin and reports.
