RUMANIA'S ATTITUDE
SOURCE OF UNREST (Reed. March 13, noon.) BUCHAREST, March 12. Rumania is closely observing the events in Czechoslovakia. Despite strong sympathies for the Slovaks. Rumania does not want an independent Slovakia, which would be a source of unrest.
