(Herald Correspondent.) Mrs. E. McAulay and Miss McAulay, Palmerston North, are spending a holiday as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Small.—Mrs. Nicholson, who has been a patient in the Wairoa Hospital, has returned home. —Miss E. G. Pedlingham, who recently arrived at Wellington from England, is visiting her sister, Mrs. F. H. Young, the two sisters not having met for 23 years. Mr. H. Hamilton, who has been a patient in the Hastings Hospital, has resumed duty on the Nuhaka P. and T. staff.—Mr. W. Malaira, Hastings, has returned to Dannevirke after visiting his sister, Mrs. I. McKenzie, and brothers.—Mr. and Mrs. H. Mataira have taken up their residence in Auckland. The new Unity Hall, which is in course of construction, will be a decided acquisition to Nuhaka.
