The Rome correspondent of The Times says that the Counsellor to the British Embassy at Rome, Sir Noel Charles, and the Italian Foreign Minister Count Ciano, discussed the reports of troop movements in the Mediterranean. It is understood that reassuring explanations were received regarding Libya and the general Italian attitude in the Mediterranean.
