WAIROA ENOAQ EMENT (Special to t.ho Hnrald.) WAIROA, this day. Advice has ibeem received that the Hon. F. Langstone, Minister of Lands and acting-Minister of Native Affairs, will arrive in Wairoa from Napier on Sunday evening. He will spend the night in Wairoa and on Monday morning ho will pay a visit to the Mohalca native development scheme, after which he will leave for Waikaremoana and Rotorua, On his way to, Wairoa it is the intention of the Minister to visit the Kaheka and Kakariki Government Farms'.
