Speed of Motor-Cyclists
Among the various suggestions that have been made with a view-to placing restrictions upon motor-cyclists has been the installation of governors upon the cycles with the idea of limiting the speed of the machines. This proposal is strongly condemned by Hastings motor-cyclists.
