JOCKEY INJURED
TO-MORROW'S ACCEPTORS

The jockey F. Shean injured his ribs when Respirator fell on the Cauliield tracks. This will necessitate the engagement of a new rider for Manor live in the Australian Cup. Probably the rider will be T. Webster. After the running of the Gibson Carmichael Stakes to-morrow Hiawatha will return to Adelaide to run in the Sires' Produce Stakes on March 18. The New Zealand acceptors for the minor events to-morrow are follows: —
Leonard Stakes.—Stretto and. Amiable.
Autumn Steeplechase.—Royal Fire. Gibson Carmichael Stakes. —Wilson. Farewell Handicap. —Stretto, Crojick. and National. Ajax, El Golea Aurie's Star, Amiable, and Judean are still engaged in the Lloyd Stakes. All bar Ajax are engaged in other events during the afternoon.
