COURT MARTIAL PENDING
CONSPIRACY IN IRAQ (Reed. Mar. 10, 2.30 p.m.) BAGHDAD, Mar. 9. King Ghazi of Iraq, has issued a decree that the former Premier, Hikmar Sulicman, and three army officers and live civilians will be courtmartialled on charges of conspiracy.
