MATAWHERO PIC! MARKET
The yards in the pig section at the Matawhero stock sale to-day were three-quarters full, the offering consisting chiefly of good porkers and weaners, with a few stores. There was practically no life in the market and the bulk of the entry was passed in. The quality throughout was good. Weaners realised from 7s to l2s; stores, 20s; light porkers, 26s to 27s 6d; and heavy porkers (p) 40s.
