DEATH AT SEVENTY
SIR. HARRY EVAN COTTON (Reed. March TO, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 8. The death of Sir Harry Evan Cotton Who was the 'President of the Bengal Legislature from 1922 to 1925 has occurred. He was 70 years of age. He was a member of the London County Council, for East Finsbury from 1910 to 1919 and a county aiderman from 1919 to 1922. From July to November, 1918, he was the Liberal member of the House of Commons for East Finsbury. ,
