MINISTER REPLACED
CZECH PRESIDENT ACTS PRAGUE, March 7. The President of Czechoslovakia, Dr. Hacha, has dismissed the CarpathoRussian Minister of Justice, M. Revay, who is an ultra-radical Ukrainian, and was held responsible for disturbances at the Polish Consulate at Chust. A Carpatho-Russian deputy, M. Klocurak, replaces M. Revay.
