MOTIONS FOR PROBATE
SUPREME COURT ORDERS Two motions for probate and three letters of administration were granted by Mr. Justice Northcroft during the recent sessions of the Supreme Court in Gisborne. On tha motion of Mr. D. E. Chrisp, probate was granted to Ernest T. Brosnahan, solicitor, in the estate of the late James O’Dowd, retired carrier, Gisborne. Probate was granted to Clara Ellen Clare, widow, in the estate of the late Samuel Clare, retired grocer, the counsel moving the motion being Mr. J. D. Kinder. Letters of administration in the estate of the late Mrs. Henrietta Stevens were granted to Robert James Stevens, Gisborne, on the motion of Mr. G. J. Jeune. In the estate of the late James Da.gleish Miller, gardener, Gisborne, letters of administration were granted to Isabella Harvey Miller, widow, ana Archibald Harvey Miller, Gisborne. On the motion of Mr. _A. Trevor Coleman, letters of administration m the estate of Jane Gibson were granted to Charles Ernest Gibson, Gisborne, and Alexander Stuart Gibson, Waingake. ______
