ROTORUA INQUIRY By “Trenton” After the running of the Borough Handicap on the second day of the Rotorua meeting on February 13. an inquiry was held into alleged interference to Galilee and Rollicker by Tcsh, ridden by O. Evans, but the judicial committee decided to take no action. By direction of the executive of the »New Zealand Racing Conference, the deputy-stipendiary steward, Mr. L. Alderton, appealed against the deI cision, and it was heard on Wednesday by the Auckland District Committee who decided to refer the matter back to the club, as the report of the evidence was incomplete. Well-bred Colt A good deal of interest will be taken in a yearling half-brother by Beau Pere to High Caste and Stretto, which has been broken in by K. ,1. Heaton, and has made his appearance on the track at Ellers]ie. A dark brown in colour, he is a fine, upstanding colt and has a nice even temperament.
