DEATH. OF MRS. A. I. FRAER (Per Press Association,) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The death occurred yesterday of Mrs. Annie Isobel Fraer, J.P.. 'M.B.E., widow of the Itev. C. A. Fraer and eldest daughter of the late Sir George and Lady McLea. Mrs. Fraer had many interests in social and philanthropic work, more particularly in Maori welfare, and her death closes a record of work in many spheres which few can equal.
