SCANTIER SWIM SUITS
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Jan. 20.
Next summer’s bathing styles, usually determined on southern beaches the preceding winter, will lessen the material in the feminine swim suit to a degree almost approaching immodesty, according to fashion experts here.
They report that the feminine bather is appearing this winter with scantier tops ftnd briefer trunks, exposing several more inches of midriff than in preceding years. The suits, in vivid colour combinations, are in sharp contrast to the “frilly” styles expected to be worn this season.
