138-YEAR-OLD CLAIM

The civil court in Tarbes, Southern France, will shortly hear a claim to the fortune left by Francois Claude Bonet, Viceroy of Madagascar, who died in India in 1801, having tied from a revolution in Madagascar. The estate has been claimed by many Bonet families in different parts of the world in the course of the last century. Mine. Bonet, of Turbos, the present claimant, stales that she is in possession of the original birth certificate of the Viceroy.
