Underworld Racket
I THE story of the underworld’s latest racket in the United States—the transportation of criminals from State to State under the nose of the law—forms the background of "Illegal Traffic.” With J. Carroll Naish playing one of his gangster roles, this film traces the efforts of a young G-man (Robert Preston) to catch the racketeers. Hi joins the gang as an aeroplane pilot and turns the labjes on them in a;, exciting climax. Mary Carlisle sharethe romantic interest with Preston, and Judith ißarrett plays the gangster’s girl.
