ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINISTERS IN BRITAIN WIDE BEPEESENTATI < )N (ldf'c. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. March 8, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 7. A National Service Committee has been .formed. It is representative of all State departments and national organisations and its duty will bo to advise the Lord Privy Seal and the Minister of Labour on national service matters. The chairman is the Earl of Onslow. The members include Lord Somers and representatives of employers, chambers of commerce, trades unions, tile St. John Ambulance, the Red Cross Society, and the British Legion.
