An Italian contractor was going to the Italian Consulate by taxi, when the driver noticed that he was carrying a box of papers. He pretended to be short of petrol, and stopped near the barracks. The Italian threatened him with a revolver, but an officer came out and arrested the Italian, whose papers contained photographs and plans of the military equipment at the new aerodrome. Since then seven arrests have been made.
