THIEVES IN CAR CAPTURE ELUDED (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. Two daring burglaries occurred in the city early on Sunday, electrical equipment valued at £SO being removed from a radio shop and similar goods from -an electrician’s valued at £lO. The thieves used a car which was unsuccessfully chased by the police in a commandeered car.
