IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT APPLICANTS SHALL HAVE ATTAINED THE STANDARD OF EDUCATION REQUIRED. .Selected candidates will proceed direct to the United Kingdom and serve for four or six years on the active list of the Royal Air Force, followed by six or four years on the reserve. Return passage to New Zealand and a gratuity of £3OO for four years, and £SOO for six years is oaid on completion of the active service period. NO PREVIOUS FLYING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
