The King has conferred a baronetcy on Andrew Ashtcn Waller Hills, the five-year-old son of the late Mr. Jo.nn Walter Hills, who had been the Conservative member of the House of Commons for Ripon, Yorkshire, since 1925 and whose death on December 24 last year prevented the honourbeing conferred in the New Year favours list. ■: The widow has been granted the title of baronet's widow.
