COASTAL TRADE The auxiliary scow Altair left Gisborne last evening for Auckland where she is expected to load petrol on Tuesday for Gisborne. The Wainui, from Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton, leaves Wellington at 0 p.m. to-day for Gisborne. The vessel arrives here tomorrow afternoon and after discharge on Monday sails for Napier, Wellington and South Island ports.

The Awahou arrives at Gisborne to-morrow from Auckland, via Hicks Bay. She sails on Monday for Napier and Wellington. The PukeKo loads at Wellington today and is expected to discharge al Napier on Monday and at Gisborne on Tuesday.

The Margaret W., which could not complete discharge and loading at Gisborne yesterday, departed this morning for Auckland. On Monday and Tuesday the ship loads at Auckland for Tokomaru Bay, Tolaga Bay and Gisborne, returning here on Thursday. The Totara loads coal at Greymouth on Monday for Gisborne and is due here on Thursday. The Kopara is ta route from Napier to northern ports.
