NEW PLYMOUTH, this day
Struck by the upper part of a gum tree being felled by his'-son and helpers. John Thomas Goodrick, aged (iJ. a farmer, of Mangorei, received injuries yesterday from which he •died soon after his admission to the New Plymouth Hospital.
He was a strong supporter of the Taranaki Agricultural Society and a member of the exectuive for many years.
