MORTGAGE RUNS 138 YEARS

Attorneys have discovered an unsettled. 138-year-old mortgage on 120 acres now occupied by the College of Misericordia here which calls for an annual payment of 90 bushels of wheat. College officials are seeking to trace tne heirs of the mortgagor to obtain a clear title to the land.
