MR. N. R. OLELMD DEAD TARANAICr FIGURE (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day: The death of Mr. Norman Robert Cleland, of Kohuratahi, for 20 yeMrff chairman of the Whangamomoana County Council, occurred yesterday. He was 60 years of age.
He was also a mem'be> of the Taranaki Land Board and one of the oldest members of the Stratford Racing Club.
