S. P. Andrew and Sons Photo. COLONEL K. W. TATE, C.M.G. C.8.E., who died at Greytown this week. He was officer commanding the Wellington Military District in 1914, and was for four years Administrator of Samoa. He was later magistrate at New Plymouth and held high office in the Masonic fraternity.
