GIRL INJURED FATALLY
CYCLES IN COLLISION NOTED YOUNG DANGER (Pur Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Gladys Gomer, 11 years of age, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Gomer, of Hawera, died late on Thursday night as a result of injuries received when she fell from her bicycle in a collision with another girl cyclist. She was taken home apparently uninjured, but later could not be reused and died before she could be taken to the hospital. The child was found to have suffered mild concussion and to have ruptured a blood [Vessel resulting in inter-cranial haemorrhage. . ' She was a well known performer in dancing sections at various competitions and festivals in the North island:
