RETURN OF £201,802 FIRST SALE AVERAGE (Per Press Association.) TIMARU, this day. The total cheque from the Timaru wool sale amounted to £201,802; which was paid for 15,572 bales. At the corresponding sale last year, 14,218 bales were sold for a total of £241,680. The average price a bale this year was £l2 19s against £l6 19s lid at the first sale last season.
