BRITISH TALKS IN ROME (Reed. Dec. 30, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 29. The Paris correspondent of the British United Press says that Madame Tabouis states the British Ambassador, Sir Eric Phipps, has assured the French Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, that Mr. Neville Chamberlain will not discuss Franco-Italian relations with Signor Mussolini on the occasion of his forthcoming visit to Rome.
