Successful Airmen
After am absence of nine years from the Dominion Corporal D. Milne, of the Royal Air Force, eldest son of Mrs. W. Milne, of Wood street, Papakuna, has returned home on furlough. His service included periods in England, Singapore and India. His last three months in India were spent in native service in Waziristan. Cor* pored Milne’s younger brother Cecil went to England in 1931, where he won a Wakefield Scholarship in the Royal Air Force school of .technical training. He is at present serving as a pilot-officer in a Royal Air Force bomber squadron.
